These are median advertised apartment prices in USD, not recorded sale prices or a repeat-sales index. Each area uses at least 5 listings with a usable floor area. The middle 50% spans the 25th to 75th percentiles; it is not a valuation range. Districts mix neighbourhoods and property conditions. The snapshot date is when the dataset was built, not when every listing was checked. Changes in the listing mix can move a median without a change in like-for-like values.
Rental figures are monthly asking prices per m². Sale and rental samples are separate.
